A Unique Concept: Water Proofing While Adding Drainage, Insulation, and Protection
Combining the superior water proofing abilities of Tremco™ products with the Warm-N-Dri drainage, insulating, and protection board, provides your foundation with the following:
- Guaranteed water proofing and an R-value insulating factor of up to R-10
- Drainage capacity to drain water away from foundation walls down to the footing drains
- A board to protect the water proofing membrane against damage from rocks or other foreign materials
- An insulation board to keep the temperature of the foundation walls closer to the air temperature of the basement, which helps reduce interior condensation. The Warm-N-Dri board has insulating value ratings of R-10, R-5, and R-3.1
